WIOX Community Radio went on the air in 2010 as a full power, NCE, FM station. Our programming is wildly diverse, live and local, broadcasting from the rural Catskill Mountains region of upstate New York in the heart of the New York city watershed.
With talk show subjects ranging from farming to forestry, healthcare to local politics, sports, spirituality, theatre, and local business; and music programs ranging from jazz to classical, rock to pop, goth, country, folk, blues, traditional Irish, Grateful Dead, Do-Wop…to name a few.
