Part of Project 2025’s strategy involves controlling or dismantling independent media. Counter this by doing the following:

• Warn listeners about the dangers of media consolidation.
• Use PSAs, social media, station websites, and programming to highlight the importance of public media funding and protections for journalists.
• Collaborate with the Pacifica network of stations – including affiliate stations – and other local independent media outlets to create a pro-democracy media coalition.
