DEFINITION: The Development Assistant is a position that supports the Development Department and Business Office in entering and reconciling donor data. The Development Assistant works with the database and ensures the integrity of donor accounts and information. The Development Assistant must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and be highly detail-oriented. This position requires a self-starter who can work both collaboratively and independently, possessing strong interpersonal and time-management skills. Building constructive and effective relationships with the development team and business department staff will be integral to success in this role.
